When I look to grow our business, I try to stick to a pretty basic guideline: if both sides can't shake hands and close a deal in 28 days, it's not the deal for us. We don't want to waste anyone's time; not ours and definitely not anyone else's. We know the market well enough to identify a good opportunity when we see one, and a successful partnership should be obvious to both sides from the get-go.
